750ml Mariko Sparkling Green Tea
Sugar to taste
Half a cucumber peeled and sliced
(leave a few slices over for garnish)
Handful of fresh mint
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lime

Makes: 4 servings
Boil the water, add the sugar and allow to cool for ten minutes. Tear the mint leaves and add to the sugared water and steep for a further 10 minutes. Add the juices and allow to cool. One cool, add the cucumber then chill for at about two hours.
Strain the cooled mixture into a large jug to remove the leaves and cucumber. Add the Mariko Sparking Green Tea. Serve in tall chilled glasses garnished with cucumber and a sprig of mint.
