750ml Mariko Sparkling Green Tea
400ml water
Sugar to taste
8 mint leaves & more for garnish
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Lots of ice

Makes: 4 servings

In a small saucepan, bring 400ml of water and 3 tablespoons of sugar to a boil, turn off heat then stir until sugar dissolves. Add 8 mint leaves, cover the pan and steep for 5 minutes to create a scented syrup. Discard leaves and allow to cool.

Fill 4 glasses to the brim with ice. Pour the syrup evenly into the four glasses and top with Mariko Sparkling Green Tea. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
