250ml Mariko Sparkling Green Tea
Juice of 1/2 lime
6 large mint leaves
1 ounce white rum
1/2 ounce agave nectar (or sugar to taste)
lots of crushed ice

Pour the lime juice into a highball glass and add the mint. Crush the mint with a spoon. Fill the glass with ice and add the tea, rum and agave nectar. Stir well and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and a wheel of lime.
